BROCCOLI CORNBREAD

This is a recipe for Broccoli Cornbread and it is so good.

l Box Frozen, Chopped Broccoli cooked and drained.
l Cup Onions
10 oz of Cottage Cheese (small curd)
4 eggs
2 Boxes of Jiffy Cornbread Mix
2 Sticks of margarine (I use butter)

Melt butter in 13 X 9 pan. Mix all ingredients and pour into pan and bake at 450 for 45 minutes. The butter makes the
top crunchy.
