BLT WRAPS

4 flour tortillas
4 ounces of cream cheese, softened
8 slices of bacon, fried
1 diced tomato
small amount of lettuce
8 TBS of salsa

Spread each tortilla with cream cheese. Layer on salsa, bacon, tomato, & lettuce. Wrap each tortilla tightly & then wrap each one in foil. Chill in fridge for at least 2 hours. Unwrap & eat.

Serves 2 hungry teens or 4 "regular" people.
We use lots of tortillas here in Texas. This is like a BLT sandwich, but different. I hope you will give it a try.
