BBQ HAWAIIAN CHICKEN

You can use any kind of cut of chicken you like. My Mom always used all the parts but I use boneless skinless chicken breast. Whatever you prefer.

Make a flour mixture of flour, salt, and lots of pepper! If you like that. In another bowl pour out some buttermilk
(we are from KY we don't measure anything hee hee)
In an iron skillet or an electric skillet heat up your oil of choice. I always use canola oil. Dip your chicken in buttermilk and roll into flour. After that dip it again
in buttermilk and roll again in flour & fry your chicken until done and add BBQ sauce of any kind. Get a large can of
pineapple chunks with juice and add all to chicken. Mix well  & let cook for about 15-25 minutes and "Voila"  you are done.

THIS IS SO GOOD!!!

I am so sorry I don't have more of a specific recipe. I just make it the way Mom taught me lol :o)
