AUSTRALIAN CHICKEN
4 skinless-boneless chicken breasts 1 can cream of chicken soup 4 slices Swiss cheese 1/4 c milk 2-3 c Pepperidge Farm dressing (soften with water)
Place chicken in 8x8 greased pan. Mix soup & milk together, set aside. Place dressing on top of chicken, top each piece with a slice of Swiss cheese. Spread soup mixture over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. **Note: I always throw on some grated extra sharp cheddar cheese over the top! |
