ANGEL SWEETS
Here is a recipe that my Mom has passed down. It has been in the family for longer than anyone can remember and I usually make this for Christmas but they are good anytime.
6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips 2 TBS Butter 1 egg, beaten 1 c confectioners sugar 1 c chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts work best) 2 c miniature marshmallows 1/2 Angel flake coconut
Melt chocolate and butter over low heat. Remove from heat and blend in egg. Stir in rest of ingredients. Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in coconut. Chill. |
