Honeyed Potatoes

8 oz. cooked, peeled, and mashed ptatoes(hot)
1 tblsp. margarine, softened
1 cup applesauce (no sugar added)
2 tsp. honey
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg

Using mixer on low speed, mix potatoes with margarine until smooth and creamy. Beat in remaining ingredients; tansfer to 2 cup casserole. Bake at 400*F until top is lightly browned, 30-35 minutes.
