3 Bibb lettuce leaves
4 oz. shelled and deveined cooked shrimp, tails left on, chilled
6 thin tomato wedges
6 thin lemon wedges
3 thin scored cucumber slices, each cut in half
1 tblsp. mayonnaise
1 tblsp. unflavored yogurt
1 tblsp. ketchup
1 tsp. lemon juice
Dash salt
Line a stemmed glass with lettuce leaves. Alternately arrange shrimp, tomato, lemon, and cucumber in glass. In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients and serve with salad.
