SALADS
CHEF'S SALAD
8 cups torn salad greens(spinach, chicory, watercress,etc...)
8 oz. skinned and boned chicken and turkey, cut into strips
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, cut into cubes
1/4 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaisse
2 tblsp. plain unflavored yogurt
2 tblsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. salt
2 drops hot sauce
Dash white pepper
Combine greens in a large salad bowl. Top with chicken and turkey, and cheese. In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients. Spoon over salad and toss.
