Pumpkin-Maple Pudding

1 cup canned pumpkin
1 egg
3 tblsp. low-calorie pancake syrup
1 tblsp. honey
1/8 tsp. pumpkin pie spice or ground cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in a bowl; transfer to small baking dish. Bake at 350*F until firm, about 35-40 minutes. Cool; cover and chill.
