Baked Cinnamon Apple Crunch

2 Tblsp. Cinnamon
1/2 cup of Post® Grape Nuts
4 red apples
1 pkg. cream cheese
2 Tblsp. butter or margarine

Core and slice the apple in 1/8ths. Spray a pie pan with a non stick spray. Put butter in bottom of pan. Arrange the apple slices in the pie pan and spread the cream cheese over them. Sprinkle with cinnamon, dot with butter, and top with Grape Nuts. Bake in 400º oven for 30 - 40 minutes. Serve hot with vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
