GRANOLA
1 1/2 oz. uncooked old-fashioned oats
1 tblsp. raisins
1 date, chopped
1/2 tsp. wheat germ
1/2 tsp. shredded coconut
1/2 tsp. sesame or sunflower seeds
1 tsp. firmly packed light brown sugar
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. honey
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. almond extract
In a bowl combine first 6 ingredients; in a separate bowl, stir together remaining ingredients. Combine mixtures and spread evenly on a baking sheet. Bake at 350*F until lightly toasted, about 5 mins.
