Cheddar-Swiss Log
6 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
2 oz. grated Swiss cheese
1/2 tsp. powdered mustard
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. curry powder
In a medium bowl combine cheeses; add mustard and toss well. Sprinkle with Worcestershire and mix well; press cheese together into a 6x1 1/2-inch log. Sprinkle curry powder on a sheet of wax paper; roll log in curry, then wrap in the wax paper and chill until firm.
