The pipes on this page and on the bargain page have been smoked before.   When we get them, they are cleaned, reamed, and boiled out with alcohol.  If they meet our standards, we will buff, polish and apply a coat of carnuba wax.  I know it's nice to be able to go into a tobacco shop to hold and look at a pipe before purchase, however not many tobacconists are carrying estate pipes.  Therefore, I unconditionally guarantee any pipe I sell.
