18 low-sodium sesame-flavored melba to asts
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 tablespoon ground red pepper
Place Melba toasts in food processor, and process until finely crushed. Combine crushed Melba toasts and remaining ingredients in a zip-top heavy-duty plastic bag seal bag, and shake well. Yield: 1 cup (serving size: 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon).
