Thai Barbeque Marinade


3 tablespoon fish sauce
2 tablespoon rice wine or sherry
1 tablespoon sesame oil
4 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
2 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
2 tablespoon honey

Mix in a food processor or with a whisk, coat meat, leave to marinade overnight (or at least 6 hours). Grill meat over hot coals for several minutes. Do not overcook.
