Pennsylvania Pepper Cabbage (Cole Slaw)
2 c Cabbage, shredded 1 ea Bell pepper, green, finely c
1 x *or: 1 ea Bell pepper, red, finely cho
1/2 c *hot salad dressing 1 ts Salt
Mix the shredded cabbage, pepper and salt and let stand about 1 hour. Drain
off all liquid. Pour the Hot Dressing over the cabbage and mix well. Serve
at once.
