Barbeque Sauce for Fish
1 ea Thick lemon slice 1/2 ts Pepper
1 ea Onion, sliced 2 tb Sugar
1/4 c White vinegar 1/4 ts Cayenne (red) pepper
1 1/2 ts Salt 2 tb Butter
1 tb Prepared mustard
------------------------SECONDARY INGREDIENTS (NOTE------------------------
1/2 c Catsup 1 ts Liquid smoke
2 tb Worcestershire Sauce
Simmer first set of ingredients for 20 minutes, then add the secondary
ingredients. Remove lemon slice and baste fish and barbeque, basting with
the sauce as needed.
