Chili Barbeque Sauce #2
20 oz Apricot preserves 1 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 c Chili sauce 3 1/2 tb Chili powder
1 ea Garlic clove, minced 1/4 ts Ginger ground
2 t Vinegar, white, distilled 1/2 ts Tabasco sauce
Combine the ingredients in a skillet. Cook over hight heat until the
mixture boils. Reduce heat to a simmer. Cook for 10 minutes. Cool to
room temperature. Store refrigerated.
