Wet Marinade for Beef

      1 c  Bourbon                           1/2 c  Lemon juice
      1 c  Brown sugar                         1 tb Worcestershire sauce
    2/3 c  Soy sauce                           2 c  Water
      1 ea Cilantro ; chopped                  3 ea Thyme ; chopped

  Mix  all the ingredients together and marinade meat in refrigerator 8 to 12
  hours, rotating meat occasionally.
