Spicy San Antonio Rub

    1/4 c  Salt                                1 tb Cumin
    1/4 c  Pepper                              1 tb Cayenne
      2 tb Garlic Powder

  Mix the ingredients thoroughly in a plastic bowl or sealable freezer bag.
  Sprinkle on meat evenly on both sides, shake off excess rub.
