Southwestern Rub #4

  1 1/2 ts Chili powder                      1/2 ts Oregano, dried
      1 ts Garlic                            1/4 ts Cumin

  Combine all ingredients.  Use to season tender beef steaks or roasts. This
  recipe makes enough to season two pounds of meat.
