South Texas Chuck-Wagon Rub

      1    Garlic clove; crushed             1/4 t  Cayenne pepper
      1 t  Seasoned pepper                     1 t  Seasoned salt
      1 t  Ground dried mild chilies

  Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mash until smooth. Makes about 2 Tbsp.
