New-Mexico Chile Salve

3 T Mild ground chilies, Pinch of coriander
-=OR=- chili powder 2 T -=OR=- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 t Hungarian hot paprika
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mash until smooth. Makes about 1/3 cup
