1 tb CORNSTARCH 1/2 ts SALT
1 tb DRY SHERRY 1 ts SUGAR
1/2 ts SALT 2 ts CORNSTARCH
SAUCE: 1/8 ts BLACK PEPPER
2 tb SOY SAUCE 1/3 c CHICKEN BROTH OR COLD
1 tb DRY SHERRY WATER
1 tb HOISIN SAUCE
