Hot Times Rub

      2 tb Kosher salt                       1/2 ts Dry mustard
      2 tb Brown sugar                       1/2 ts Cayenne
      2 ts Ground cinnamon

  Mix all ingredients thoroughly.  Use the rub on fowl, but especially on
  turkey.  Excellent!!
