 Green Chile Treatment

---------------------------BEEF,POULTRY,PORK,LAMB---------------------------

      4 oz Mild or hot green chilis                 -=OR=- chili powder
      2 t  Mild ground chilies                  2 T  Vegetable oil

  Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Process until smooth. Makes
  about 1/3 cup.
