 Garlic-Anchovy Rub

------------------------BEEF,POULTRY,PORK,LAMB,FISH------------------------

      1    Garlic clove; crushed               2 t  Olive oil
      1 t  Anchovy paste                     1/4 t  Freshly ground black pepper

  Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mash until smooth. Makes about 1-1/2
  Tbsp.
