Chili-Bacon Rub

        T  Bacon drippings                     2 t  Chili powder
      1    Garlic clove; crushed             1/4 t  Cayenne pepper
    1/2 t  Tomato paste

  Combine all ingredients in a bowl. mash until smooth. Makes about 1/4 cup
