Ca-Rib-Bean Rub

      1 tb Brown sugar                       1/2 ts Thyme
      2 ts Allspice                            1 ts Salt
      2 ts Onion powder                      1/2 ts Nutmeg

  Mix thoroughly and use on just about any kind of pork.
