      Title: Klossel Und Sauerkraut (Dumplings and Sauerkraut)

      2 c  Flour
      4 ts Baking Powder
    1/2 ts Salt
      1 tb Shortening
      1    Egg
           Milk
 
  Add 1 egg and enough milk to make a stiff dough as for biscuits. Take
  by tablespoons and roll in flour. Place 1/2 inch apart on top of hot
  sauerkraut. Let steam for 15 minutes.
