      1 ts Salt
      1 ts White pepper
      6 tb Cream
      6 tb Oil
      1 tb Roquefort Cheese
      1 ds Lemon juice
 
  Press the roquefort cheese through a sieve. Blend all together till
  smooth. If it's too thick, dilute with a little water.
