      Title: Ratsherren - Fisch   (Councillors Fish)

  1 1/2 lb Fish fillets
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Black pepper
    1/4 c  Margarine or butter, melted
    1/4 c  Milk
      1 tb Flour
    2/3 c  Graged cheese
      1 tb Parsley, snipped
 
  Place fish fillets in buttered shallow casserole (7" x 10").  Sprinkle
  with salt and pepper.  Pour melted margarine over fillets. Bake in a
  hot oven (400) for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes.  Mix milk,
  flour & cheese together, pour over fillets and return to oven until
  browned (approx 10 minutes).  Sprinkle with parsley.
