      1    Small onion, quartered
      2 tb Chopped parsley
      2 tb Chopped chives
      2 tb Boiling water
      2 tb Vinegar
      4 tb Salad oil
      1 ts Prepared mustard
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Black pepper
 
  Combine all ingredients in blender, blend smooth.
