      3 oz 2 packages cream cheese
           And chives
      2 ts Chives
    1/4 ts Salt
           Dash black pepper
    1/4    Cup milk
 
  Cream together cheese, chives, salt & pepper.  Gradually stir in milk,
  blend until smooth.
