      Title: Sauerkrautsalat   (Sauerkraut Salad)

      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      1    16 oz. sauerkraut, drained
      2    Green apples, peel & chop
    1/2    Cup chopped sour pickles
      1    Medium onion, chopped
      2 tb Chopped fresh dill
      2 tb Chopped parsley
      1 ts Salt
      2 tb Sugar
      2 tb Lemon juice
    1/4    Cup salad oil
 
  Put sauerkraut in salad bowl, separate with fork.  Add apples,
  pickles, onion, dill, parsley, salt, sugar and lemon juice.  Mix
  well. Heat oil and pour over salad, it should sizzle.  Toss until
  well mixed.  Chill. Serve cold.
