      Title: Weinachtsalat  (Christmas Salad)

      3 c  Cold Cubed Potatoes
      2 c  Diced Apples
    1/2 c  Finely chopped Onion
      1 c  Cold Diced Cooked Chicken
    1/4 lb Cubed Ham or Pork Roll
    1/2 c  Sour Pickle (Cubed)
      1    Pickled Herring Fillet Cubed
    1/4 c  Walnuts Chopped
    3/4 c  Water
      1 tb Vinegar
      1 ts Salt
      1 ts Sugar
    1/2 c  Mayonnaise
      1 c  Soured Cream
      2    Hard cooked Eggs Sliced
           Chopped Parsley
 
  Combine potatoes, Apples, Onion, Chicken, Ham, pickles, Herring, and
  Walnuts in a large Bowl; toss lightly..
  Sprinkle with Water, Vinegar, Salt and Sugar and blend well..
  Stir together the Soured cream and Mayonnaise and blend into the
  Potato mixture..
  Chill then Serve Garnished with Egg and Parsley..
