      Title: Schwetzinger Spargelsalat (Asparagus & Chicken Salad)

      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      4 tb Mayonnaise
      1 ts Vinegar
      1 tb Parsley (Chopped)
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/2 ts Sugar
  1 1/2 c  Cold Cooked Chicken (Diced)
      1 c  Pineapple Chunks (Drained)
      2    Tomatoes (De-seeded & Diced)
      2    8.1/2 oz Cans
           Asparagus Pieces (Drained)
 
  Combine Mayonnaise, Vinegar, parsley, Salt and Sugar; mix lightly and
  leave stand for 5-10 minutes..
  Combine Chicken, pineapple and Tomatoes in a Large Bowl; Add the
  dressing mix; toss lightly Arrange Half the Asparagus in the salad
  bowl Pile the Chicken mixture on top, Garnish with remaining
  Asparagus and Serve..
