      2 tb Mayonnaise
      1 tb Yogurt
      2 tb Fresh Herbs (Chopped)
           Or 2 ts Dried Herbs
      4 sl Bread(Toasted & Buttered)
      4    Lettuce Leaves
      8    Thin slices cold roast Pork
           To Garnish..
           Parsley
           Crabb Apples
 
  Combine Mayonnaise, Yogurt and Herbs; season with Salt & Pepper and
  chill. Arrange Lettuce leaves on toast top with 2 slices trimmed
  roast Pork on each slice. Spread sauce on the Pork.
  cut in half garnish with the Crabb Apples and a sprig of Parsley.
