      Title: GERMAN TURKEY SALAD

      1 lb Turkey, thinly sliced into
           -strips
      3    Apples, peeled and cored
      3 lg Gherkin pickles
     10    Cooked, cooled potatoes
           Lemon juice
           Sugar
      1 c  Mayonnaise
      2 ts Duesseldorf mustard
      2 ts Tomato paste
      2 tb Sour cream
 
  Slice the apples, pickles and potatoes into strips and add turkey.
  Season with lemon juice and a little sugar.  Toss to mix well.
  Meanwhile, add mayonnaise, mustard, tomato paste and sour cream
  together. Mix together and chill for at least 1 hour. Garnish with
  tomato wedges and quartered hardboiled eggs.  Serves 6. Origin:
