      Title: BLITZKUCHEN (LIGHTNING CAKE)

      Yield: 1 Cake
 
      1 c  Butter -OR-
    3/4 c  Margarine
      1 c  Sugar
      4    Eggs
  1 1/2 c  Flour sifted WITH
  1 1/2 ts Baking powder
           Grated rind AND
           Juice of 1 lemon
           Sugar AND cinnamon
 
  Cream butter and sugar.  Add eggs one at a time.  Beat well, add
  flour, lemon juice and rind and spread 1-inch thick on flat pan.
  Sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon ang bake 20 minutes at
  350ø F.
  
  {Chopped nuts sprinkled with the sugar/cinnamon would be good.  Serve
  with whipped cream topping}
