      1 lb Ground beef
    1/2 ts Crushed caraway seed
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/8 ts Pepper
      4 sl Swiss cheese 3 x 2-1/2
           -inches
 
  Combine ground beef, caraway seed, salt and pepper, mixing lightly but
  thoroughly. Shape into 4 patties, 1/2 inch thick. Place cheese on
  patties 1 minute before end of cooking time. Serve on rye or
  pumpernickel bread.
