      8 md Potatos boiled and peeled
      1    Onion
    1/4 lb Bacon diced
      3 tb Vinegar
           Pepper
           Salt
 
  Slice potatos and put in large bowel. Fry bacon,not too crisp.Dice
  onion and cook in bacon drippings.Pour all over potatos,drippings
  still hot.Add vinegar,salt and pepperand mix. Let sit several
  hours.Enjoy! German Potato Salad
