      Title: Anise Seed Cookies

      1 c  Sugar
      2 c  Flour
      4    Eggs
      1 tb Anise seed OR
           Few drops anise oil
 
     Beat the eggs thoroughly for 15 minutes.  Add sugar slowly, a
  little at a time and continue beating.  Add anise seed or a few drops
  of anise oil and the flour.  Drop on well-greased cookie sheets and
  bake in moderate over, 350ø, for about 12 minutes.
