      Title: Wiener Zollen (W/citrus Flavor)

      Yield: 1 Servings
 
      1 c  Sugar
      3    Eggs
           Grated rind of 1 lemon
    1/2 ts Cinnamon
    1/2 ts Ground cardamon
    1/2 c  Finely chopped citron (opt)
      1 c  Chopped pecans
  2 1/4 c  Flour
      1 ts Baking powder
    1/4 ts Salt
 
     Beat eggs thoroughly; add sugar gradually and continue beating.
  Grind or pulverize cardamon seed; sift flour, baking powder and
  spices several times and add to mixture.  Blend and drop from
  teaspoon into sugar; roll in sugar and place on greased cookie sheets.
  
     Bake at 325ø about 15 minutes.
