Golden Steak Fingers Makes 4 servings: --------------------------------------------------------- 1-pound boneless beef top round steak,cut 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick 1-teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning 1/4-teaspoon salt 1/2-cup buttermilk 1-cup all purpose flour 1/4-cup cooking oil --------------------------------------------------------- *1* Place the steak between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound to a 1/4 inch thickness.Sprinkle the steak with lemon pepper seasoning and salt.Cut the pounded steak into 4x1/2 inch strips. *2* Dip the steak strips into the buttermilk and then dredge in the flour. *3* In a large skillet over medium heat,heat 2 tablespoons of the oil.Add half of the steak strips and brown on both sides.
