TURKEY SAUSAGE-AND-EGG CASSEROLE


1 lb bulk turkey breakfast sausage

3 cups white bread (about 6, 1 oz. slices); cubed into 1/2-inch pieces

2 cups 2% low-fat milk

1 1/2 cups egg substitute

1/2 cup reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese; shredded

1 teaspoon dry mustard

cooking spray

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Cook sausage in a large, non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until
browned, stirring to crumble. Drain well.

3. Combine sausage, white bread, milk, egg substitute, cheese and dry
mustard in a 13" X 9" baking dish coated with cooking spray; stir well.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out
clean.

of the grocery store.
