BARBECUE TURKEY BURGERS


1 package lean, fresh ground turkey

1/2 cup onion; chopped

1/2 cup Hunt's Hickory & Brown Sugar Barbecue Sauce; divided

1/2 cup dry bread crumbs

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

6 hamburger buns

1. Combine ground turkey, onion, 1/4 cup barbecue sauce, bread crumbs, salt
and pepper. Mix until thoroughly combined.

2. Form into 6 patties. Grill over hot coals 5 to 6 minutes per side; or in
a large non-stick skillet over medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes. Turn 2 to
3 times for even cooking and browning.

3. Baste with remaining barbecue sauce and serve on toasted buns.
