TOMATO SALSA
2 medium tomatoes; seeded & chopped
1 medium avocado; peeled & chopped
2 to 3 medium green onions; sliced
1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
1 1/2 teaspoons jalapeno peppers; seeded & finely chopped
1 clove garlic; finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1. Mix all ingredients in medium glass or plastic bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour but no longer than 2 days.
Yields 2 1/2 cups salsa
