SAUSAGE AND PASTA VEGETABLE SOUP


3 cups purchased coleslaw blend (from a 16 oz. package)

2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans low-sodium chicken broth; defatted

1 (1 lb.) package Green Giant Pasta Accents Garden Herb Seasoning Frozen   Vegetables with Pasta

8 oz. reduced-fat smoked turkey sausage; cut into 1/2-inch cubes

1 teaspoon caraway seeds


1. In a large saucepan, combine coleslaw blend and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.

2. Add all remaining ingredients. Reduce heat to medium; cover and simmer 4-6 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.

Yields 5 servings (Serving size = 1 1/2 cups)
