NUTTY CHICKEN FINGERS

1/3 cup cornflake crumbs

1/2 cup pecans; finely chopped

1 tablespoon parsley flakes

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

12 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breasts; cut into 1" X 3" strips

2 tablespoons 2% low-fat milk


1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2. In a shallow dish combine cornflake crumbs, pecans, parsley, salt and garlic powder. Dip chicken in milk then roll in crumb mixture.

3. Place in a 15" X 10" X 1" baking pan. Bake for 7 to 9 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink inside.
